| Lake Travis, home of "Emerald Point Marina" where
we picked up our captain and the boat, "Club Fred". This is our
third trip to Lake Travis and this trip is always one of our favorite
events. |
| Getting the food and drinks ready is always a
fun task. Members of RFPA are seen here unloading the trucks full of
coolers, ice, hamburgers, hotdogs and hot men. |

Another view of the "gang" of gentlemen. |
| Club Fred is a party boat that can accommodate
up to sixty people. It was a hot day, so we were glad there was an upper
deck to provide shade. Once underway, there was a great breeze and after
there was the application of sunscreen, we were set for the
afternoon. |

A new tradition is solidified. As in 2001, we had another
student pilot arrive at Lakeway on a long cross country. Randy, pictured
here, just got his pilot's certificate after passing his check ride the
following week at Arlington Municipal Airport (KGKY). |

helping get the boat ready for sailing. |

Splashing on the sunscreen. Rob and Darrin. |
| Captain of the boat, Jack, was up for the
task: Taking 22 flying RFPA'ers out to Hippie Hollow for the afternoon. He
set the rules, "like no paper in the toilet" (GASP) and made
sure we were set for the trip. |
